Norbain continues to keep in touch with customer expectations

Norbain SD Ltd., one of Europe’s leading distributors of CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Detection equipment, has embarked on an extensive research project to further tailor its catalogue to match customer expectations.
One of the UK’s top 25 market research agencies has been commissioned specifically to undertake a survey of Norbain customers to find out if the current catalogue format meets their needs.

A representative sample of Norbain’s customers will be contacted by telephone with responses from the survey being confidentially collated and analysed to ensure that future editions of the catalogue are tailored to match customer specific requirements.
