Norbain LIVE has seen record attendance this year and has been hailed a success by exhibitors and visitors alike.

Held across the UK at eight convenient venues, Norbain LIVE affords security professionals a unique opportunity to explore the very latest developments in electronic security. This year, almost 1000 visitors attended the event, making it the most popular Norbain LIVE to date.

"We take a great amount of care organising the shows and selecting locations to ensure that everyone gets the most out of the event," says Huw Edwards, Norbain’s marketing communications manager. "It’s a real networking opportunity that benefits everyone that attends and the feedback we have received has confirmed that it was a great success."

What the exhibitors said
Simon Gerome, UK sales director, Europlex Technologies: "This is the first year we’ve had the chance to attend LIVE and opportunities have already been presented on the back of it. It really was worth attending all the shows and there’s no doubt we’ll be signing up again next year."

Trish Bambury, marketing manager, Paxton Access: "Norbain LIVE just gets better every year. We saw a really mixed range of visitors and have established some excellent contacts. We also find the event a good way of re-enforcing product development after IFSEC."

Martin Cottle, UK sales manager for branded products, Baxall: "We had a great number of opportunities to do demos for visitors and had the time to get them well acquainted with the products. We also got the opportunity to talk to visitors about some very interesting projects, so I’d definitely class the event as a success for us."

The size of the event allowed us to really take our time finding out about new developments and technologies. It was so successful, we’ve even ordered an intruder detection solution – an area that we weren’t greatly involved in but intend to offer to our customers from now on."
