New Norbain catalogue tailored to fit customer requirements
Dec 12 2006
Reading, UK
Following extensive market research, Norbain has launched its latest catalogue. This comprehensive guide contains the industry’s most exciting CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Detection and, for the first time, IP products.
The Norbain catalogue has always been an essential reference guide for installers. Now, in response to customer feedback, there have been a few important changes to ensure it continues to satisfy expectations. Norbain will no longer be producing separate CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Detection catalogues. Instead, all of these ranges will be found within the pages of single main catalogue. And, with the recent addition of IP Video solutions into Norbain’s product portfolio, customers will be able to find a rich offering of products from this up and coming exciting technology.
"The market research provided us with invaluable information on how our customers would best like to view the products in our catalogue," explains Huw Edwards, marketing communications manager of Norbain SD. "In addition to including the extra ranges and fine tuning the navigation, we now offer an electronic version of the catalogue on CD for those customers who would prefer an electronic variant."
Already at a massive 556 pages, the new catalogue contains the company’s fastest moving products. However, Norbain actually carries in excess of 25,000 individual items, ensuring that customers have the most comprehensive choice of solutions from any distributor in Europe.
