Norbain on the move
Sep 2 2008
Reading, UK
Market leading electronic security distributor Norbain has taken advantage of the current re-development of Winnersh Triangle to move offices and upgrade its facilities. It has now moved to a newly-refurbished 30,000 square foot office at 210 Wharfedale Road.
Good natural lighting, modern air conditioning and a courtyard garden at the heart of the building are among the benefits to the employees. The departments have been re-organised to ensure a fluid and intelligent flow of information throughout the company and an improved, functional team working environment. This helps ensure that customers get the best possible service, both in terms of quick responses to enquiries and in the knowledge of the teams.
Norbain strives to constantly provide the best service in the industry and their new Innovation Centre plays an important part in this offering. Here, customers can attend the Norbain Training Academy to learn more about particular technologies and products, arming them with the knowledge they need to provide the best solutions to their customers.
"We’re carrying out this move in line with Norbain’s commercial expansion and to better reflect the quality of service we aim to deliver to our customers," says Alun John, Norbain’s managing director. "Norbain is all about service, so ensuring the best environment for staff and customers alike is of paramount importance."
