Jan 31 2006
Reading, UK.
Norbain SD, one of Europe’s most successful distributors of CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Detection solutions, has now launched its Spring 2006 CCTV catalogue. At 353 pages, it has been further expanded to accommodate an additional 26 pages, and contains price reductions in 10% of those products found in the catalogue’s predecessor.
Norbain have been in negotiations with their manufacturing partners over the last 6 months in order to drive prices down. "These measures have been taken to ensure our customers continue to receive value for money, and that we remain the most competitively priced distributor in the industry," says Dermot Grace, managing director of Norbain.
New to the catalogue is the GE range of video surveillance solutions along with a brand new product section dedicated to Intelligent Video Analysis. Now available are a number of ground breaking solutions from the likes of Dallmeier, Neurodynamics, Pelco and Vista which are able to effectively monitor speed, analyse scenes and even count human traffic.
Furthermore, the Spring 2006 catalogue welcomes a number of new camera ranges, including the ProtosIV camera from Vista and the first WDR fixed dome from Dallmeier. Additions have also been made to the number of DVRs available, with Vista offering the eclipse DVR, Videoswitch the Vi400 Slimline and Bosch the Divar2. As always, a section on Access Control is available, containing details of the new TOCA range from TriFusion.
Every product that is featured within the pages of the catalogue is also directly accessible online at www.norbain.co.uk/products, with the majority of products having associated datasheets, softcopy manuals and high resolution images for downloading purposes.
