Dedicated Micros announces the availability of IP Streaming and Recording on NetVu Connected DVRs. With this new functionality, the DVR is capable of seamless recording and display of IP video streams from IP cameras, IP domes, encoders and other NetVu Connected DVRs. Offering the ability to view and record IP Sources, irrespective of the devices location, IP Streaming and Recording provides viewing and control across all connected analogue and IP Cameras.
The Fluidmesh 2200 is a wireless product with "intelligent" transmission capabilities with unparalleled advantages compared to traditional point-to-point and point-to-multipoint solutions. Fluidmesh technology allows creating a redundant wireless network where every transmitter has multiple paths to forward the data. In addition, every Fluidmesh transmitter operates simultaneously on the 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz range. With the launch of two new video servers and a new Day/Night Network camera, Samsung Techwin will have an impressive product lineup to demonstrate to customers interested in Video over IP. The SNC-550 is a network camera with all the functionality of the highly successful popular SDN-550. The SNS-400 is a four channel video server offering real-time MPEG-4 / JPEG selectable video compression. It is equipped with Bi-directional audio support and remote PTZ control via RS-232C, RS-422 or RS-485.
SANYO’s new hybrid DSR-HB8000 DVR offers the best of both worlds as it can record "real time" images from a combination of both IP and analogue cameras. The DSR-HB8000 records at 400 images per second and can capture images from up to sixteen cameras, four of which can be IP cameras, can therefore be recorded at full frame rate. Sixteen channel audio recording is also possible whilst this top of the range machine has a potential on-board storage capacity of up to 3.75 TB of video.
