As a distributor, most of Norbain’s sales, services and support departments conduct business solely with the installer who, in turn, works with the final end user.
With large corporate organisations a different approach is required to reflect the size and complexity of the projects involved. Within Norbain’s Strategic Accounts Division, staff with specialist transport and retail expertise, build triangular relationships between the end user, installer and Norbain, with the aim of providing the consultancy services required to ensure the success of some very challenging and large projects.
