Account Settlement:
Can I buy in Euros?
Yes we can set your account up in Euros and you will be invoiced in Euros. However, this only applies to companies based in the Republic of Ireland.

What payment methods are accepted by Norbain?
We accept cheques (Sterling and Euros), BACS Transfer, bank draft or the following credit and debit cards: Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Switch.

Deliveries:
Are next day deliveries possible?
Yes, we can deliver anywhere across Ireland next day if we receive your order before 16.00. We have access to over £11m of CCTV and Access control equipment, located at our Stockport Warehouse. Orders are shipped by air via Manchester Airport.

Are timed deliveries available?
Yes – We can provide 9am, 10am & 12noon deliveries Mon – Friday in the Dublin & Belfast areas. On Saturdays and in out of town areas, an AM delivery can be arranged.

Returns:
What if I need to return equipment?
In the unlikely event that you need to return equipment, we offer a unique 21 day no quibble guarantee whereby you can return any unwanted or unused equipment to Norbain. Our dedicated Customer Service team handles all warranty and chargeable repairs. We can also arrange collection and delivery on your behalf. Visit Customer Services.

Who do we contact?
Sales enquiries should be directed to our dedicated ‘Ireland Desk’ on 0118 944 4935 or 00 44 118 944 4935 from the Republic. Norbain SD is the only UK distributor to have a dedicated Ireland sales team, with Peter Ball as the Sales Manager.
