Every credit account holder has a personal contact within the Credit Control Department that is your first point of call for all matters regarding your account.
The name of the trading subsidiary with which you deal can be found on the top left hand side of your invoice. The name and direct dial telephone number of your credit controller can be found at the bottom of all your correspondence from the credit control department.
