How can we help?
 There are a wide range of reasons why you might need to contact Customer Services:
- You may have ordered a product incorrectly
- The order may no longer be required
- You may believe the product is faulty
- The product is due for a service
- You may wish to voice a concern

Customer Services are here to help you. We are responsible for:
- Registering product returns (whatever the reason)
- Organising product collection
- Chasing timed deliveries
- Monitoring the progress of product repair or servicing either at our own Premier Service Centre in Preston or direct with the manufacturer
- Raising repair estimates
- Issuing account credits
