How can we help?

There are a wide range of reasons why you might need to contact Customer Services:
  • You may have ordered a product incorrectly
  • The order may no longer be required
  • You may believe the product is faulty
  • The product is due for a service
  • You may wish to voice a concern

Customer Services are here to help you. We are responsible for:
  • Registering product returns (whatever the reason)
  • Organising product collection
  • Chasing timed deliveries
  • Monitoring the progress of product repair or servicing either at our own Premier Service Centre in Preston or direct with the manufacturer
  • Raising repair estimates
  • Issuing account credits
